An original production cel and the matching background color key concept from the Don Bluth Studios animated feature film All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989). The cel features two mice putting the pinch on Squad Car during the rat race, and was created at the studio and used in the film. The matching color concept is from the same shot and was created earlier in the animation process to develop the composition and colors used in the scene. The cel measures 13.5"x16.5" with a character image of 7.5"x8.5", while the background color concept measures 5"x8". Both pieces are in fine condition with only minimal line wear to the cels. The pair is a wonderful examination of the development of an animated sequence.
